- Tyco Flow Control K.K. has, effective September 27, 2008, combined its valve and controls operations with those of Kitamura Valve Mfg. Co., Ltd, another member of the Tyco International Group. The new company resulting from this integration has been renamed Tyco Flow Control Japan Co., Ltd.
